Field Day May 13

May 13 kicked off an incredibly busy season (crazier than Christmas) with an appropriately busy day. Not only was it Olivia's 8th birthday, but it was also field day at school and their birthday parties that evening. The kids were both so pumped for field day! Jeff and I made it up to see them both and I got to have lunch with Olivia in between times. The kinders had their field day first in the morning then 2nd grade went out in the afternoon. Oddly, we came to both of their field days during the time when they were still playing in the gym so I didn't get any outdoor action this year.

They both came home very happy, super tired, incredibly sweaty and SO ready to head to their birthday party!
